Hello. My name is Jacob and in December 2017 I was lucky to be selected to represent my county (and country) and the World Scout Jamboree (WSJ) in 2019.

The WSJ is a meeting of thousands of young people from around the world and is a unique opportunity to spend time with other Scouts of various cultures and religions.

The trip last for 3 weeks but it isn’t cheap and I am expected to fundraise the money. This is because a proportion of the cost will subsidise a child from a poorer background who would otherwise have no chance of attending the event.

I am therefore asking friends, family and local businesses to help me and another child take part in this truly amazing opportunity of a lifetime. Can you help?

Any business that donates £50 will receive a dedicated page on this website thanking them for their help, which they can also use to advertise their company and a link to their website. They’ll also be featured in various places around the website and (hopefully) on some Youtube videos I make of my time in America.

If you’d prefer to donate a product or service so that I can hold an auction please do let me know. Anything I can do to raise funds will be a great help, however small.

Whether you can help or not, thank you for taking the time to visit my website.

Thank you to the following organisations for their kind donations so far:
